Refund & Returns Policy

Section 01

Returns Eligibility

At Labubu Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original, unused condition with all tags attached
Complete with all original packaging and accessories
Not damaged due to misuse or neglect
Purchased from Labubu Store (not from other retailers)

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalised or customised products, items marked as final sale, hygiene-sensitive items (opened plush/soft goods), and items purchased more than 14 days ago.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Contact us at support@labubustore.it.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if possible) photos of the item(s)
Step 2: Include "Return Request" in your subject line so we prioritise it
Step 3: We'll review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label (or instructions on how to arrange return shipping at your cost if applicable)
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the return label
Step 5: Send it back to us — we'll track it every step of the way

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email within 5 business days.

Section 03

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and we inspect it, we'll process your refund. Here's our timeline:

Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive your item
Approval notification: We'll email you confirming the refund has been approved
Refund issuance: 5–10 business days from approval (refunds are issued to your original payment method)
Bank processing: 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depends on your bank)

Please note: Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method as the original purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different account or method.

Section 04

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size, colour or variant rather than get a refund, we're happy to help.

Email us at support@labubustore.it.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for
If the new item costs the same, we'll cover return shipping and send the replacement free of charge
If the new item costs more, we'll ask you to cover the price difference
If the new item costs less, the difference will be credited as store credit

Exchange processing typically takes 7–14 days from the date we receive your original item.

Section 05

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately — no questions asked. Here's how:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
We'll review your case and typically approve a replacement or refund the same day
If we approve a replacement, we'll send it out free of charge with a prepaid return label for the damaged item
If we approve a refund, we'll process it immediately without requiring the damaged item to be returned

Section 06

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Italian, EU or international law. If you're purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have additional protections under the Consumer Rights Directive and Italian Consumer Code, including:

The right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery (distance selling rights)
The right to reject goods that don't match their description
The right to reject goods with defects that appear within 24 months of delivery

These rights exist in addition to and are not limited by this returns policy.
