Who We Are

Labubu Store Italia is Italy's premier destination for authentic Labubu collectibles, designer toys, and Pop Mart products. We're a passionate team of collectors and entrepreneurs dedicated to bringing the magic of these beloved characters to enthusiasts across Italy and the European Union.

Founded on the belief that collectibles bring joy and creativity into everyday life, we've built a trusted online community where fans can discover rare editions, connect with fellow collectors, and celebrate the art and storytelling behind every Labubu character.

We are not just a retailer — we are custodians of a global phenomenon that inspires imagination, self-expression, and the simple joy of collecting something beautiful.

Our Mission

To deliver authentic, genuine Labubu collectibles to passionate fans across Italy and Europe, while fostering a vibrant community of collectors who celebrate creativity, imagination, and the art of collecting.

Every order we fulfill, every customer we serve, and every relationship we build reflects our commitment to:

• Authenticity: We guarantee 100% genuine Pop Mart products, never replicas or counterfeits
• Quality: We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition
• Trust: We operate with complete transparency about our sourcing, pricing, and policies
• Community: We celebrate our customers and create spaces where collectors can share their passion
• Excellence: We continuously improve our service, shipping, and customer support

Our Core Values

At the heart of everything we do are five guiding values that shape our decisions and define our culture:

How It All Began

Like many collectors, our founders fell in love with Labubu almost by accident. A chance discovery of a blind box led to an obsession. One character became ten, ten became a hundred. Late-night unboxings turned into conversations about the artistry, the stories, the rarity of certain editions.

But there was a frustration: finding authentic Labubu in Italy was difficult. Prices varied wildly. Counterfeits flooded the market. There was no trusted place where Italian collectors could shop confidently and connect with fellow fans.

That's when we decided to do something about it. In 2025, Labubu Store Italia launched with a simple promise: authentic products, fair pricing, fast shipping, and genuine care for every customer.

What started as a passion project has grown into a trusted destination where hundreds of collectors now shop with confidence, discover rare editions, and celebrate their shared love of Labubu.

What Sets Us Apart

• Genuine Products Only: Every item is sourced directly from authorized distributors and verified as authentic before shipping. We have zero tolerance for counterfeits.
• Collector-First Approach: Our team are collectors too. We understand what matters to you: condition, rarity, authenticity, and speed of delivery.
• Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees. No surprise charges. Prices are fair, competitive, and include all applicable taxes and shipping information upfront.

• Secure & Tracked Shipping: All orders ship with full tracking through trusted European couriers. Packages are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
• Community Focus: Beyond selling collectibles, we host collector meetups (virtually and in-person), share unboxing content, and celebrate rare finds from our community.
